Hello and welcome to my Wedding Blog. Over the past two years I have had the privilege of capturing the special day of so many happy couples on video; have worked with amazing Suppliers and attended stunning venues.

As I begin my 3rd year as a Videographer I have decided to do a short blog for each wedding that I am a part of as a thank you to the Happy Couple and all the other Suppliers and Venues.

Mr. & Mrs. Walker - 25th of January 2014

Not even a bit of rain could dampen the spirit of Angela Waddell and Jim Walker as they said 'I Do' at St. James' Pollock Parish Church (The Staff and Minister were lovely and very helpful). Angela looked absolutely stunning as she walked down the aisle; with her Son Declan proudly at her side.

The silver fox Groom (Best Man's words, not mine) Jim seemed relaxed as he greeted his bride with a kiss at the altar.  The Ceremony was relaxed, personal and touching; perfect ceremony for a perfect Couple.

I had the pleasure of working with the Photographer Andy Clinton, who was an absolute Gent and a bit of a Character who put the Bride & Groom and their Guests at ease.  Jim, Angela & their Guests enjoyed the piping talents of Neil MacLure.

The Reception was held at The Swallow Hotel on Paisley Road West (The Management team and Staff were amazing). The Reception room looked amazing, a lot of little touches were selected and made by Angela and Jim even made the back drop for the top table. Seat covers and sashes were provided by Lily Special Events and looked great. The wedding cake; baked and decorated by Jim's Sister was absolutely stunning.

Jim, Steven & Declan did a great job with their Speeches and the Bride even had a speech of her own prepared, or should I say an announcement that went like this "This is a message from the new Mr & Mrs Walker, for soon we'll be having a son or a daughter. Yes everyone we're proud to say that a little Baby Walker is now on its way.  A huge congratulations to Angela & Jim.

Their evening reception began with their first dance; just like the entire day it was perfect and then the Bride and Groom led their Guests in a bit of Marryoke Corner; Grease was definitely the word. I left Angela, Jim and their Guests to enjoy the rest of their evening, and I was left in no doubt that they did.

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Walker and thank you very much for allowing me to be a part of your big day.
